I just confirmed that this works for the Cisco CIVS-IPC-5010 and 5011. This camera is not the newest model, but it does support 1920x1080. The picture is nice and clear, even in low light. This camera was made by Pelco.
I'm streaming H.264 from the camera. Settings are pretty much factory default on the camera.
