[Linksys] WVC200 settings in ZoneMinder

I`m running zoneminder for some time and cannot figure out how to setup my Linksys WVC200 camera`s

I have found the following options

Source:Remote
Function: Modect
Remote Host: user:password@192.168.xxx.xxx
Remote Path: /img/snapshot.cgi?size=3&quality=1

When using these settings the fps is very low around 0.69 fps

Function: Modect
Target: http://username:password@192.168.xxx.xxx/img/mjpeg.cgi

When using these settings the fps is arround 8 frames per second


What is the best option to chose, or are there better solutions ?

I`m also using a D-Link 930 which has a fps of 10 when using
