Camera shows just half picture

Hello everyone!
I've installed Zoneminder succesfully on my Debian server. The webinterface looks just as it should look like. The problem is that my camera shows just the half picture, just the upper side of the picture and the underpart is just black. It's just like the picture was cut into half. I removed my other 2 cameras to eliminate that this two could have something to do with the problem. The upper side is just as it should be, it shows the room as it is at this moment. Motion detection is working also, but just in the upper part!
Could anyone explain what's going wrong or what I could do to solve the problem?
I've searched for days to find a solution and nothing helped jet.
My camera is a Axis 212 network camera (the one which makes problems).

Try lowering the Maximum FPS.

Just changed the max. FPS but it still just shows the half image :/
