Foscam Clone M136, ERR /usr/bin/zmcontrol.pl [solved]

Hello again, after formatting the operating system I put ubuntu 13.04, I reinstalled zoneminder and run the setup for the camera, a dome foscam clone F-Series M136 IP CAMERA.
I followed the official guide for the pam tilt control, as I did before but now does not want to work.
control response was status = undefined
