send mail - example config and logical advice please

Hi all, i'm alex

i am studing zoneminder on centos 6.5, but is not simple because my english is poor (but i also am studing it at night school )
and for this, please apologize me.

so, i ask you an advice for send mail when my zoneminder detect an alarm (with morecord detection).

What i must set?
1- parameter for send mail (of couse! i'm brilliant )
2- may a filter event that send mail when it "feel" an alarm?

More mail.... toooooo much mail!

i think that my zoneminder must be configurated better.... some problem to understand the various parameters for zones... i am in testing

I can ask what are the best filters?

For example, i think that is a good way if zoneminder archives and send only when the monitor is in alarm state.
