Axis 2120 IP Camera Black Screen

Hi,
I have an axis 2120 IP camera that I cannot get to work with zoneminder.
I found a site at with this string:
"http://x.x.x.x/mjpg/video.mjpg?resoluti ... ps=5&.mjpg" which works fine in firefox. http://x.x.x.x/mjpg/video.mjpg also works ok.
I've tried to translate this to a zoneminder monitor but it just gives a black screen.
I've tried it with the two available resolutions (zoneminder and camera settings) and the 320 x 240 one given on the zoneminder wiki.
Also, username:password@ipaddress and no username/password but still black screen.
Can someone point me in the right direction with this please?

I already have a brickcom ip camera working perfectly on the same server but can't get the axis one working for some reason.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

On localhost/zm/index.php on the right hand side is a link to "log" which leads to localhost/zm/index.php?view=log which shows other assorted problems.
Do you see any errors there?

Need a lot more detail than that... what are you putting in which field?

The suggestion to look at the logs is a good one. A frame size mismatch will kill the entire thing.
