Displaing stream at scale of1/2

In the main window, when I click on the camera name the current stream pops up at "Actual". Is there a way, a DB setting where is would show up at, say, 1/2 Scale?

Open the monitor setup, with the link under "source" in console. Click the tab "misc". You find default scale near the bottom.
