Export html has broken links

Hello all, first off my thanks go out to all who have contributed to this great package!!
Zoneminder v1.26.5 running on ubuntu 14.04 LTS
I am selecting the following options to create a .zip export:
I get a .zip file with the following dir structure:
but when i unzip (to windows desktop) open the HTML i get broken links:
Viewing in google chrome version ?? dont know, also tried unzipping / opening locally on the zm server in firefox 29.0 - looks the same.
Any thoughts or suggestions greatly appreciated
