Hi all .. appreciate help!!
Real Newbie I'm afraid, but I really do try and help myself first... but I'm stuck...
Fresh install of Ubuntu 12.04 with ZM 1.27
I can get RTSP Cams to work in ZM.
I can't see my Vivotek PZ7131 even in FIREFOX on the ZM computer. HTTP streaming view is not working?
I've clearly missed loading something? Cam port 80 works fine from other computers.
Thanks for help.
Can't get HTTP to work
Re: Can't get HTTP to work
Well .. Three weeks later .. and being a persistent mongrel .....
I did a complete reload of Ubuntu and ZoneMinder.
Mucked around for hours with settings to find ...
The Vivotek PZ7131 requires /video.mjpeg as the Remote Host Path.
The status is now orange, but at least I got a picture.
Did have a "Shared data size conflict in shared_data for monitor Monitor-2, expected 328, got 316" error, and fixed the problen with ** a link I tried to post here but it was spamy***. It was to do with editing a file because some perl5 thing was confused about being 32 bit or 64bit.
Thought I'd post the results for anyone who has one of these great little cameras. Thanks to everyone that helped.
Might go see if I can get the status green and get the PTZ to work.
