Computer IP cam

I'm just not finding anything on my searches that is directly related to this question.
Is there a simple Windows software that will turn a Windows XP or 7 machine into a IP camera so that Zoneminder can receive the input?
My reason: I have some older PC's that have webcams on them and I'd like to set them up remotely (in a shed) and have them stream to my ZM server located in my house. Connectivity (LAN) is not an issue, this is just some simple software on the PC that I'm asking about. The simpler the better.
I suppose I could put Linux on those PC's and use ZM to do that, but I'd like to know if it can be done using Windows OS.
