Filter settings template? - Email notify on motion

Hey all. I got ZM running pretty well. I setup postfix and was able to receive emails for previous alarms after playing with the filter settings. What Id like to do is get a filter setup so that any future motion event alarms are emailed to me with a photo. I don't quite understand all the filter options. Is there a doc with generic motion notification settings or can someone just post what options they use to accomplish the same? Thanks in advance

For instance this is my current attempt to create an email notify filter and it works ok but what are other users doing to tweak their settings?
