Can't write log entry 'insert into Logs | /zm/Logs' crashed

My disk became full the other day and I was issues logging to ZM. So I deleted some events to bring me back to 40% disk usage. Now I can log into ZM but I am met with this error. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to resolve it?
