Can't get PTZ functions to work on Axis M5013 through ZM!

Hi Everyone.
I've tried so many things to get the cameras to PTZ through ZM and it just won't work. I've already put the necessary info in the control tab and enabled the OPT_CONTROL and nothing is working. Please Help!!! I've already tried to change a line of code in the Axis V2.pm to see if that would work and it didn't. Everything else is working fine I am just having issues with the PTZ working for the 3 cameras I have set up. Please HELP!!! My ZM version is v1.26.5.
