MPEG Full Motion Cameras

I just wanted to ask the forum what there opinion was on what the best IP and or Analog camera works best with Zoneminder in capturing video in using MPEG and or streaming video. I have a client and he cant stand seeing jpeg images and whenever he plays back any video they the people look like robots. He wants smooth playback. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
