Choosing which frames to attach to an email

Is there any way to choose the frames that are attached to email?

%EI1% attach the first alarmed frame but what if I want to attach the 5th or 20th? I tried %EI2% %EI5% etc. but that don't work. And can I somehow attach non-alarmed frames from event?
