No output from zmu

I'm wishing to use a camera with zoneminder, I'm trying to use
but when I do
I get the following output:
How can I do to all the values for the webcamera which I need when adding a monitor on zoneminder?
when I do an lsusb, i get the following output:

so that I can use these values from to configure the webcam on zonminderzmu
but when I do
