Add ZoneId to alarms

Anything you want added or changed in future versions of ZoneMinder? Post here and there's a chance it will get in! Search to make sure it hasn't already been requested.

Add ZoneId to alarms

Camera -> area -> mult zones. Want to record on all zones but ALARM!!!! on one.

So add ZoneId to EventFilterList. So we could "Monitor Name = FrontDoor" and "ZoneId = Inside"
then we could have a script "If Sunday and Inside alarms execute dialer(911)".

Want to see/record all of the lookie-loos who walk up to the window but arrest break-ins.
