new zm 1.28 install with foscam LI9828W

Greetings,

I'm new to the forum, so forgive me if I've posted to the wrong place.

I just installed ZM 1.28 and have a Foscam LI9828W ip cam on my local lan. nothing special about it, other than it was normally slow and sometimes not refreshing well due to remote distance from my wifi router.

Problem: Nothing but blue screen.

My install:
# uname -a
Linux rheadric-linux 2.6.32-358.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Fri Feb 22 13:35:02 PST 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

# rpm -qa|grep zone
zoneminder-1.28.0-3.el6.x86_64

# rpm -qa|grep ffmpeg
ffmpeg-libs-0.10.15-1.el6.x86_64
ffmpeg-0.10.15-1.el6.x86_64

Please let me know, if any logs there are I can look at to troubleshoot this. I have never used this tool before, and I didn't compile the source. It came from RPM.

We are going to need your settings from the source page of the monitor.

You can look in /var/log/zm/zmc_m#.log where # is the monitor id.
You can turn on debug logging from the log page of the options.

For the life of me, my log tar/gzip file will not upload.

This is one of the newer Foscams, which means your monitor configuration is likely identical to all the other modern Foscams.
