Hi all,
Weird issue!
Our cameras are 1280x1080 (Dlink DCS-2230) and have a problem, where the video is squished. Looks like it forces it into a square 4:3, rather than 16:9.
If I set the camera to 1280x720, it works ok and looks 16:9. The input is RTSP if that is relevant. (Back end = CentOS 6.x)
If I view image properties in the browser, it does show it as 1280x1080 resolution.. so it is definitely 1280x1080. Just ZM is showing it like it is 4:3.

Any ideas?
Cheers

Monitor Config -> Source -> (enable) Preserve Aspect Ratio
And set Options -> Config -> DEFAULT_ASPECT_RATIO to 16:9
If you don't mind scroll bars when the image resolution is larger than than the window, you can turn off Preserve Aspet Ratio altogether.
