Hello there,
I've just installed Zoneminder and now I'm trying to get my cameras running.
I noticed that I get one error all the time and I search already for a solution, but nothing.
I'm getting "No RTSP Sources" most of the time and none of my cameras is working.
Zoneminder was already running last year with the same configurations as now. The configurations of the cameras are not the problem.
Thanks so far and greetings from germany,
Lisa

What is your source type? Please post your settings for one camerawemmsi wrote:Nobody got any ideas?:/

Re: No RTSP Sources
The thing is that it worked before with this settings for my cameras:
Protocol: RTSP
Remote Method: RTP/RTSP
Host Name: IP-Address
Host Port: 554
Host Path: /channel1
Resolution: 1280x800
Sorry for the late answer, I didn't check the forums that often.

Re: No RTSP Sources
There could be many areas of investigation. I assume you have specified the username & password somewhere?
To keep it simple, can you download the vlc player from here http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html
And try to see if you can do a file->open network stream and specify rtsp://user@host:ipaddress:port/channel1 (or whatever format your camera needs for the name/password) works?
