Control script for China Netipcam Pan/Tilt IP camera

Hi everybody.
I managed to make a cheap noname Chinese Pan/Tilt IP camera to work and move in Zoneminder.
The camera producer is Netipcam. The pan/tilt control script is below.
... Well, sorry, I could not paste the code here, the system says: "Your post looks too spamy for a new user, please remove off-site URLs. "
There are no URL's in the control script.
