Cannot see stream from Camera

I have installed zoneminder 1.25, and added a foscam camera to it, The foscam camera is working perfectly fine, i've checked it and I can see livestream with the URL http://192.168.1.5/videostream.cgi?user ... wd=visitor
The issue is when i'm adding the camera to the zoneminder, i'm not getting any streaming from the camera, when clicking on the monitor tab, it's like this : https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/108 ... minder.png
Can I get some help to diagnose this problem?
