New Wiki corner for ZM 1.28.1 tips

Hi,
I've finished updating a new wiki subsection documenting various learnings while getting ZM 1.28.1 working well
The direct link is: http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.ph ... rver_14.04
You can also navigate to the main wiki, and navigate to Contents->Other documents
Hope these learnings help others (especially the zone logic page which may be helpful to read along with the main wiki page)
