Zone Minder 1.27 Video show Red Image on Console

when i click one of our camera in the console it appear only red image (this is recording only red image) but when click save on the source tab it come back to recording mode. Some of camera do not experiencing with this problem.
Details:
Camera Model: Axis M3203, M3204 Network Camera
Zone Minder Version: 1.27
There's an error message on the log:
1. "Error check failed: '500 Can't connect to zoneminder.github.io:80 (Bad hostname 'zoneminder.github.io')'" on the file "zmupdate.pl"
2. "Unable to read packet from stream 0: error -541478725" on the file "/builddir/build/BUILD/ZoneMinder-1.27.0/src/zm_ffmpeg_camera.cpp"
could someone help me to fix this problem.
