How to tell Zoneminder to do not delete events?

I don't know why (I have 4GB of free disk space) but for some reason my events keep getting deleted. I seem to have all the opposite questions as the FAQ :x How do I prevent zoneminder from deleting events. I do not care if my disk fills up; let ME deal with that. I would rather my disk get full than have my older events erased that I have not yet had a chance to take a look at. It is important for me to have the older events from when I'm not home rather than the stuff on there since I've been home. All my filters are at default settings I have not changed them, I have not set to purge when full.

Even though you want the opposite of what most need, this FAQ entry is still useful:
http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.ph ... my_disk.3F

This tells you that that the thing that deletes your events is called a "filter" and is named "PurgeWhenFull".

From the web console, Filters -> Use Filter -> PurgeWhenFull -> Save -> {uncheck} Run filter in background -> Save

Alternatively, you can just delete the filter, but I recommend you merely stop it from running in the background.
