Progress bar is disappeared from zoneminder console

Hi Everyone ,
Mine Zoneminder version is 1.28 , it is working properly but there is minor issue which i am facing on the zoneminder console .
I have 8 cam on my office , On cam1 in the zoneminder console progress bar and play and pause etc. option are working properly
But on other cam2 , cam3 .... the progress bar is disappeared and also play and pause etc. option are not working .
So can someone please help me out on this . It giving lot problem to view the recording video.
