Best android app to implement a security camera

Best android app to implement a security camera

I have some left over android devices. I was thinking they would make okay security cameras. Do you guys know of any android application that works best with zoneminder. It would be nice to use the CPU in the phone to do motion detection. If the camera is not seeing motion it should not fill up the wifi bandwidth.
