Hi,

I am receiving the following error message when starting up Zoneminder, how can I fix. It use to be OK then got this OK.

Unable to connect to ZM db.SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (111)


Using Ubuntu 14.04

Is mysql installed and running?

e.g.

I'm not sure what happened mysql appeared to screw up and I don't have the knowlege on how to fix so I've end up re-building the machine.
