"Control Tab" ? (Solved)

I'm trying to setup control for my PTZ camera (IPCC-7210W) in ZoneMinder 1.28.107, and the documentation states "go to the Control tab of the Monitor configuration dialog".

My Monitor configuration dialog doesn't have a "Control" tab. I only see "General, Source, Timestamp, Buffers, Misc" tabs.

Do I need to set something else up first in order to get this Control tab?
