AVI Generation causes System Reboot

I have a test machine for 1.28.109 also used 1.28.1 on it. Mint 17.2
I5 quad 3.3mhz 8gig ram intel graphics on chip

When I have record event 1000 frames or more generating avi or mpg causes system crash/reboot in the first 5 seconds.
A 100 frames...no problem
Generating windows media not a problem any amount of frames.

My other machine Mint 17.2 has a graphics card just a duel core 2.2ghz 4 gig ram generates 5500 frames to video no problem.

Question is, is a graphic card needed for post processing and video generation
Or is there something else I need to check

Just successfully created a 5 mnute .avi from ZM 1.28.109 on Ubuntu server 14.04-3

Suggest you check upgrade procedures at:

to see if you missed something.

bb Went over wiki link 3 times and compared configs to the other box.... nothing.
Using avconv on both boxes
I just might have to downgrade for a test, not happy to do so since 109 is running so smooth

Well I just installed 1.28.109 on an old A8N with 2 gig ram, Worked Gerat with 5000 frames
used the same DB as the one giving me problems in the 1st post.

I am 99.99% sure it is the onboard graphics causing the reboot.
