Post settings and error, no one has a crystal ball here...

After more than 15 years, no longer using ZM as surveillance system.
Now in the dark side, using a commercial system...

For a DCS-932L (I have both a DCS-932L and a DCS-930L), Monitor should be configured like this:
General -> Source Type: Remote
Source -> Remote Protocol: HTTP
Source -> Remote Method: Simple
Source -> Remote Host Name: admin:your_admin_password@your.camera.ip.address
Source -> Remote Host Port -> 80
Source -> Remote Host Path: /image/jpeg.cgi
Source -> Target Colorspace: 24 bits
Source -> Capture Width (pixels): 640
Source -> Capture Height (pixels): 480

Everything else could be left at its defaults.
Remember to setup a proper password on your camera own interface and set its resolution to 640x480 on the configuration / video section (default is a bad 320x240).
There is a rather recent firmware update for this camera (1.12.02 from 6th October 2015).
You can setup a non admin user for the camera access too if you don't want your camera's admin password to be showed inside ZM.

Arnaud
