Does anyone know if it is possible to change the date/clock in the upper left corner of the console to 24 h clock?

My on-screen time stamps are in the format I prefer, as are my event lists. The only thing I can't seem to change is the way the date and time are displayed on the console page. I'd really like it to be 24-hour time.
