Yup I've seen this. Go to the Monitor Definition of this camera in ZM, click on source. Play with capture width/height/color space. Make sure they are accurate. Try different colorspace values.

Is this an analog camera or local device?
That image could be the result of incorrectly selecting NTSC when it should be PAL or vice versa.

The device is a kyocera smart phone. The ip cam is android ip cam. width height and color space had no affect.

Do a search in these forums for IP webcam android --> in all cases (including your interleaved format) it was a problem of either WxH or colorspace or both. Make sure you try all combinations before you conclude it won't fix it

Thanks guys. I gotta admit, I took a hard look at how much time I was spending on getting zoneminder to work. I finally gave up and went with ispy. For now it will do. I will come back to zone minder at some point I guess. For hodgepodging a bunch of different camera's together ispy is doing what I need for the moment.
