Logitech C270, source red, no video frame in feed window

Hi, I feel I should have been able to find this in the forum but I guess I'm wording it wrong.

In the 'feed' window I have no frame for video at all. It's not black or show a broken link, it's just not there. And the source shows red for my Logitech C270 even though I've set it up as a ton of people online said they set theirs up.

This is my first time trying to use ZM and I think the concept and software is awesome. Any help would be excellent.

I don't know what all might be relevant so I don't want to share an insane amount of data/screenshots/settings but I'll reply with settings/info, just tell me what's necessary.
