how do I upload (TCP or FTP) to my local ZM server? (Camera PIR sensor Triggered Event)

I have a camera input port that will trigger an event when it's grounded. I would like the event to be M-JPEG's sent to Zoneminder and only when the event is happening. I'd like to do this with a PIR sensor so that I can tell the camera to upload to ZM ONLY when triggered.
