Hello!

First post here, but still some experience.
Installed Zoneminder on Raspberry Pi Jessie and installed all required PHP, etc. packages.
Zoneminder is working fine.

Did the Email setup as per Wiki. Sending Emails from CLI works great.

If I try get notification on Events in ZM I never get an eMail.
I created a filter to send Emails on Alarm, but nothing happens.

In the Email settings I activated new Email Option and tried for the hostname different variants:
- localhost
- 127.0.0.1
- raspberrypi

also for the sender Email I tried root@localhost, root@raspberry or my real Email address I configured per Wiki to sent mails.

Nothing is happening.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot the Email sending process?
