I got a Hikvision DS-2CD2132F-IS IP camera. In ZoneMinder the video is choppy, looks like maybe 1 or 2 FPS and it is blurry, especially when there is motion. Its not awful but I think it should be better. It reports 25.xxx FPS in the window but it doesn't look like it. When I do a live view into the camera the video is crystal clear and the frame rate looks great. I have looked through the forum and tried different settings that people have suggested but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Here are my current settings (abbreviated):

Source Type: Ffmpeg
remote method: RTP/RTSP
24 bit colour
source path: RTSP://...
Capture: 1920x1080

Pretty mush everything else is defaults.

I was thinking maybe it was the compression or something but there are no options for that other than H.264 on the camera. Any ideas how I can improve it in ZM? Everything else works great.
