Greetings,
Recently, I purchased a Winbook 1080p IP POE camera from a Microcenter store in the U.S. The model on the box is C1066DN4-P. After tinkering with the camera for a while, I found that it was rather easy to get into and the picture quality was satisfactory. After learning how the device worked, I was able to connect to it with VLC using RTSP: rtsp://user:pass@{ip address} with no problems.
I am however having some issues finding how to connect to it using Zoneminder 1.29. I seem to be unable to get an image from the camera. Has anyone had any luck with this camera or does anyone know if this camera is similar to settings of other makes and models? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
You have not mentioned how you are configuring the camera in Zoneminder. From my own experience I was fighting with getting the feed for a while as well. I noticed (and read about that as well) that often the issue is that "Remote" mode does not work for cameras. I got errors that Zoneminder is unable to decode frame. Check in the log, it may be you get this as well. Use "Ffmpeg" instead.
Below are some screenshots on how I configured my camera. It is different than your camera, but still an IP camera with RTSP feed to it should work the same way for you. You need to set resolution to fit what your camera is feeding though.
Let me know if it helped.

Re: Support for Winbook C1066 IP POE Cam
Greetings,
My apologies for not clarifying further. I was able to get finally get the stream when I tried the different Remote Method settings under the 'ffmpeg' Source Type. I had settled on 'RTP/RTSP' and can receive the streams at different resolutions given by the camera. Originally, I was using the 'remote' setting under Source Type without success as many other IP cameras used this setting. Thank you very much for your help! It would be helpful however if the camera's instructions weren't so very general to it's own access software and provide instruction for outside functionality testing on some level.

Sure, no problem, I was on the same road with trying to run my cam on "Remote" setting. No matter how I tried it never worked.
Glad to be of help.
