Parrallel NVR with Zoneminder

Hi all,
I've been contacted to consult on a project that involves setting up zoneminder as a parallel NVR to view CNB cameras connected to a CNB hardware NVR at a resolution of 1280x720. Please what i'd like to know is that is possible to use zoneminder for capturing feeds in parallel at a lesser resolution say 640x480 or lesser for remote viewing.

This has nothing to do with ZoneMinder itself, and has everything to do with the capabilities of the cameras you are using.
The IP cameras must support dual streaming. Program zoneminder to use the secondary stream, rather than the primary. Consult the camera documentation for instructions on how to do this.
