Groups in API

How can I get a list of groups using the API?
Or, at the moment it is not possible?

What I want to get:
http://server/zm/index.php?view=groups

I use Zoneminder version 1.30.0.

There are no group APIs as of today.
I no longer work on zmNinja, zmeventnotification, pyzm or mlapi. I may respond on occasion based on my available time/interest.
