Blue Screen

I know this has been pretty much talked to death, but I can't find any definitive answer for my problem. I use a Wansview IP camera model W2. It works fine with any browser and the Wansview app. But all I get from zoneminder is a blue screen. I have tried most of the options but most result in the same blue screen. Sometimes a white screen.
So, here is the configuration.
Souce Type: Ffmpeg I have tried most of the others with no satisfactory result
Source Path: rstp://user:pw@ip:554/mjpeg/snap.cgi?chn=0
Remote Method: RTP/Unicast, I have tried RTP/RTSP and most of the others
I have also tried http://user:pw@ip:80/mjpeg/snap.....
The log just started to give me some errors. Unable to open input rtsp://jwright:passwowrd@192.168.10.68:554/mjpeg/snap.cgi?chn=1 due to: Operation now in progress
I have found some references to this error and have made sure no other computers are accessing the camera. So I'm at a loss.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
