I have a Foscam FI9816P. It used to work in Zoneminder (perhaps v1.28). I cannot figure out how to connect to it now. I have tried the 8921P method (https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Foscam_FI8921P) and the 9821W v2 method (https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Foscam_FI9821W_V2). I have tried port 88 and 554. I can't figure it out. It works with the TinyCam, VLC, and several other apps. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Please help.

FFMPEG rtsp:// /videoMain
JPEG http:// cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=snapPicture2&usr=[USERNAME]&pwd=[PASSWORD]
(ONVIF) FFMPEG rtsp:// /videoMain

I got same camera and only works for me is:
JPEG http:// cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=snapPicture2&usr=[USERNAME]&pwd=[PASSWORD]
But I do not need this, useless for me:)

There is any other options?
