Help with adding camera to ZM, got working URL

I can use ONVIF (in Windows) and VLC to view my camera but I cannot workout how to add it to ZM. I have tried FFMEG, RTSP all those type of settings and nothing is working. If I use vlc I can see and hear the camera at url rtsp:192.168.254.220/play1.sdp however as I said I can't get it to work no matter what settings I use.

Could anyone suggest something I could try or point me in the direction of something that may help.

It may be that capture is working, but something else makes you think it isn't.

If the url works in vlc, then it should work in ZM. Please provide some log content, and then maybe we can diagnose what is happening.

This is the problem it appears to work, but I get no picture. As you can see it appears to work:

I am currently using remote settings and when I open to look at the camera picture it shows me FPS and status idle but I get no picture. I try FFMpeg settings and get the exact same results.

Hi,

I'm having the same issue but different logs.

I'm a noob at least i was able to get to the console part. followed all the instruction in ZMREPO.
My system is
Fedora 25, Zm 1.30x
