Real Time view "Jerky"

I have a 1080P camera. Its the only one connected right now. Image is great, seems to be alarming as I need, but the view is as if I am only getting every third or fourth frame. Its very "jerky". In one second a bird may be on the ground, then just gone the next. Nothing in between. What have I set wrong?

Thanks.

Maybe nothing except you are pushing your system. Lower the resolution and frame rate (5 FPS is enough for security systems) to see if it helps. Check the available space in your tmpfs. Streaming writes files to the location of PATH_SWAP which is usually the /tmp/zm directory. To speed things up move PATH_SWAP to your tmpfs (/dev/shm?).

Found the problem. The bandwidth was set to low. Once I set it to high all is fine.

Thanks.
