Zoneminder on CentOS7 no README.CentOS7

I am familiar with CentOS that is why I am using it and I have followed the instructions here: https://zmrepo.zoneminder.com/ for install on CentOS7 however there is no CentOS7 README. The only readmes I have are:

• README.https
  README.md
  README.Redhat7

Now I have read through the start of the Redhat7 document but I stall at the first command:

sudo dnf install mariadb-server

There is no dnf command and I cannot find one in yum.

Can anyone point me to the correct readme so I can complete my install, thanks.

I was able to complete the install by swapping the dnf command for yum however the website listed above may need to be updated or add the README. A little confusing when you want to follow everything to the letter to make sure you don't stuff something up.
