Hi every body, I'm starting learning about surveillance.
The main thing I'm trying to understand is if there's one or more protocols about ip cam.
I wonder how zomeminder authenticate on a ip cam.
I wish to know what to check on an ip cam to understand id it's suitable to be used by zoneminder.
Once again, consider I know very little right know.
Any help is very appreciated.

A good place place to start to ensure suitability would be purchasing an IP camera from the Full Compatibility list.
