Hello all

I am on Ubuntu 16.04 trying to view a RTSP stream perfectly working fine in VLC.The stream is not displayed in zoneminder watch window

I have set the ZMS_PATH to /zm/cgi-bin/nph-zms and also the resolution as in VLC codec 720 x 480

The log entries are

1> Terminating, last frame sent time 1503048175.513978 secs more than maximum of 10.000000

2>Socket /var/run/zm/zms-000862s.sock does not exist.

Kindly guide me how to fix this issue

can you see an image when you select the Zones edit window? Do you see a blue screen when trying to view the camera stream or is there no view at all and only the controls in the view window? Are you using the same exact URL that works in VLC? Are you using the "Remote" option in "Source Type"?

The Zone window only shows a pink window and no images is been shown

pink? I have not seen that one yet! what source types have you tried? ffmpeg work at all?

Two common errors:
PATH_ZMS is not set to /zm/cgi-bin/nph-zms
Camera resolution in Zoneminder does not match camera output. Use VLC (Tools, Media Information, Codec) to check camera Display Resolution.

Thanks the streaming started did an update to ffmpeg and it did started the stream
