Montage Review - No control are shown

Hi,
I installed version 1.31.4 to have and use montage review, but if I open the window, I have not any control to control the video.
I have continuos recording on all of my camera. I tried with Chrome, IE and Firefox.
Attached a screenshoot of what I see.
