Hi All,

I've install ZM using ubuntu platform. May i know how to add the PoE camera to this system (step by step) ? I've tried many times it wont add to the ZM monitor
Currently, im using hkvision and brickcom camera connected with my NVR

Google your camera model and zoneminder. Likely you will discover someone has had your problem before.
Failing that give us your camera info so we know where to start.
Also cite Linux distro and version as well as the instructions used to install Zoneminder.

If the NVR is providing the POE function to your cameras, you will need to get a POE switch. Used ones are cheap on ebay.

Searched for hkvision and zoneminder and hit this page ... funny because it's a hikvision ("hik", not "hk") camera
