Can't add monitor

Hi,

When I try to add a monitor, I get a screen that allows me to enter an ip address or import from a CSV file. If I enter an IP address and press return, the windows goes away and I go back to the console screen. Same if I add the complete URL with passwords, etc.

Importing a CSV doesn't seem to work either.
